  • Mental Training  Learn simple drills that will change your self-image and build stronger willpower.   Perfect if bad habits or negative thinking are sabotaging your weight-loss, fitness, or life goals.

To schedule a meeting send an email to jack@jackthompsoncoaching.com.  In the email, tell me the following . . .

  1.  Name two date and time (CST) options that work for you.  Choose M-F between 9am- 4pm CST.  Example:  Monday, March 28th at 2pm CST.
  2. Describe what area you want to discuss.  Example:  I want to discuss the Keto Slacking plan.  I’d like you to answer my questions and give me advice on how best to start my diet.

I will send you an invoice after we finalize a meeting time and know what topic you want help with.
