Boost STRENGTH, POWER, and AGILITY…While Reducing Aches and Pains…In a Unique Program that Activates Your Body’s Untapped...
FASCIA STRENGTH!
It’s like adding an extra set of muscles you didn’t know you had. . . Filling every inch of your body with a spring-loaded power that makes you feel like a HUMAN SLINGSHOT.
Hello friend,
If you’re an athlete, martial artist, or exercise enthusiast who wants a new way to get stronger . . . and you’re open to a unique method that combines the secrets of old-time strongmen and world class martial arts masters . . . then this may be the edge you’ve been looking for.
My method kicks butt for two very different kinds of people:
1. Competitive people who are already strength training: Just add a few of my exercises and concepts to your existing workouts and you’ll start activating untapped fascia strength. In as little as a few workouts, you’ll start noticing a new type of cat-like strength that makes your movement feel effortless, agile, and full of pouncing power.
2. People with aches and pains: Fascia strength training rebuilds your body “brick by brick.” You heal and get stronger at the same time. The training releases your tight and achy muscles and the increased fascia strength offloads stress from your achy joints — spine, knees, hips, shoulders, neck, etc. The offloading of your tendons, ligaments, and other weak areas puts your body in a healing state. Once the weak areas are healed, they can grow stronger.
JACK THOMPSON
Shows people, maybe even YOU, how to build your body's untapped strength - your natural power - your FASCIA STRENGTH
What Does it Mean to Become a HUMAN SLINGSHOT?
I often tell people that fascia strength turns your body into a “Human Slingshot.” Like a loaded slingshot, the elastic nature of activated fascia stores energy, and that energy can be whipped back to throw a punch that hits like a truck, crushes the dimples off a golf ball, splits a thick log in one swing of the axe — gives you more “pop” in all movements that call for explosive power.
As your fascia activation improves, the Human Slingshot effect will give you a whipping power that’s distinctly different than tense “muscle” power. Power from activated fascia is faster, smoother, and backed by more of your body’s mass.
More speed and more mass equals more explosive power — the body becomes a weapon even if you don’t know how to fight.
The Human Slingshot effect goes beyond explosive power. The springy quality of a body that’s fascia is “alive” doesn’t labor across the landscape. You will notice an effortless bounce in every step you take walking or running.
Who Am I and Why Should You Listen to Me?
My name is Jack Thompson. I may be 53 years old today, but my body is stronger and more agile than it was in my 20’s.
Back then, I was beat up with injuries from college wrestling.
I walked around with constant muscle soreness and pain. Every time I started a new workout program, I’d reinjure myself — then, go sit on my ass for weeks at a time.
The lack of exercise made me sluggish and fat — 30 pounds overweight on my short 5’8 frame isn’t the best look for a single guy trying to meet his future sweetheart.
Overall, I felt weak, vulnerable to injury, and clumsy.
It sucked watching my body go to pot for years as I neared my late 30’s — until one day in 2012 I hit pay dirt . . .
I had an amazing breakthrough when I stumbled across a martial art called Systema.
This unique training released the tension from my tight and achy muscles and taught me . . .
The Beginning Stages of How to Activate My Fascia Strength.
The combination made me feel like a new guy.
You see, once you clear your body’s tense areas, including the chronic muscular tension you’re unaware of, and learn to activate fascia strength — a new kind of power fills your body.
This new power gave me an energy boost that made my comeback possible. I went from being a lazy slug to craving exercise because it felt so good. I felt like a million bucks. Instead of feeling beat up, tired, or drained after a workout, I was energized and wanted more. I felt power coursing through my body.
My aches and pains were no longer holding me back. I was amazed with my new-found gusto. Truth is, this was the best I felt since I was in high school.
In time, the training turned my body into a “human slingshot,” giving me a coiling and spring-like power that was new to me. The spring-loaded power made all my dynamic movements; punching, kicking, pushing, splitting wood, anything that calls for a quick burst of power — to pack a wallop I never had before.
I was tickled by the easy strength gains I was getting in my 40’s without lifting heavy weights at the gym.
Although the strength and power gains were huge, my increased agility was even more significant. Moving my body felt effortless compared to before. The released deep-seated tension in my body, along with the new-found fascia strength, gave my movement a smooth and cat-like quality.
It felt like I’d been driving for years with the parking brake on. Releasing the tension in my muscles gave me a new sense of child-like freedom of movement. My aches and pains melted away.
It’s something you need to feel to understand.
Before we go any further, let me answer this important question . . .
What's Fascia Strength?
As you might already know . . . Fascia is a stretchy tissue that covers your muscles, joints, and organs.
Picture fascia as the thin stretchy film you see on a chicken breast.
Fascia on a chicken breast
The stretchy FASCIA WETSUIT lies under the skin and covers the muscles and joints fusing the whole body together as one unit.
The fascia in your body forms a full body sleeve that resembles a wetsuit.
I call it the “fascia wetsuit.”
Or . . .
The fascial web.
In a way, instead of 600 separate muscles, we only have one muscle encased in the fascial web.
Here's the Exciting Part . . .
In my system, you’ll gain the rare ability to activate your fascia strength.
Here’s how fascia strength activation is done . . .
To generate strength from muscles you must contract the muscle to create TENSION.
Fascia strength requires the opposite of muscle TENSION.
It requires RELAXATION — you must relax the muscles to let your fascia strength take over.
As you relax the muscles you internally EXPAND your body from the inside out.
Gently expand your body in all directions like blowing up a ball.
When you internally expand your body — while relaxing the muscles — the expansion pulls the slack out of the fascia wetsuit and stretches it tight like a drum skin.
The stretch from the pulled tight fascia creates an ELASTIC strength quality.
Like the elastic strength in a slingshot when the band is pulled back tight.
That’s why I call fascia strength “The Human Slingshot” effect.
First, you focus on learning to activate fascia strength independent of your muscle contraction strength.
Once you get that down, you’ll marry your new-found fascia strength with your already established muscle strength.
Giving you MORE total body strength.
Being Able to Activate Fascia Strength Felt Like Having an Extra Set of Muscles.
An extra set of muscles?
Sounds like bullshit, doesn’t it?
Well, it’s not, and here’s why. . .
Before, when I’d lift something heavy, my tense muscle contraction was doing the bulk — say 90% of the work — while my fascial web’s elastic strength was doing only 10%.
That changed after I learned how to activate my fascia strength.
Today, when I lift something heavy, I transfer part of the load from my muscle tension to fascia tension — tapping into the elastic strength of my fascia when it’s activated.
Because of the added fascia strength, the weight feels a lot lighter — and the ratio now feels like 60% muscle, and 40% fascia (this is an estimate based on how it feels).
Now that I’m only using 60% of my muscle capacity, I have MORE muscle potential to lift more weight than I could without the fascia activation.
Hence, fascia strength is like having an extra set of muscles giving me more total body strength.
Bruce Lee’s Famous “One-inch Punch”
Weighing only 140 pounds, Bruce Lee could hold his fist 1-inch from a 250-pound man’s chest and with the tiniest flick, send the big guy flying backwards.
How did Lee have so much punching power with no wind up?
A split moment before he threw the punch, Lee performed an internal movement that onlookers couldn’t see — he activated his fascia strength.
Like I said, when I first felt fascia strength, it felt like I had an extra set of muscles.
The results were amazing . . .
And I was buzzing like a kid on Christmas.
Systema gave me my first taste of fascia strength, but I wanted to learn more — everything I could. So, I went on an eight-year binge putting the “fascia strength” puzzle together.
Not an easy task.
The Best Fascia Strength Knowledge is Hidden by Tight-Lipped Martial Arts Experts and Old-Time Strongmen Who Are Long Dead.
Today, western exercise experts talk plenty about fascia, but only speak of “releasing” fascia with foam rollers, deep massage, stretching, etc . . .
You never hear them talk about fascia strength.
Because of this, I had to travel and do deep research to learn the finer points of this craft from a handful of experts from around the world.
After lots of learning and then testing — both on myself and my clients — I finally developed a new training system that’s perfect for anyone looking for an edge.
I call this system . . .
FASCIA STRENGTH & POWER™
And I can assure you . . .
It’s a truly unique training method you won’t find anywhere else.
I’ve structured the course to provide you 5 BIG BENEFITS:
BIG BENEFIT #1:
Activate fascia strength in as little as 15-minutes
When you activate fascia strength at the very beginning, you can anchor it into your nervous system. Once you anchor the feeling — like riding a bicycle — you’ll have it for life.
The quicker you discover what activating fascia strength feels like, the sooner you’ll be able to build fascia strength to use it as a weapon in the real world: sports, physical work, self-defense, etc.
After you join, watch the introduction video first. Then go directly to the “Fascia Strength Fast Start Workout.”
The videos in this module show you 7 new exercises. Follow along with me and do the exercises as you watch. The “Fast Start” workout will take 15 minutes to complete. The videos are longer than 15 minutes because I take time to explain each exercise in detail. But you’ll find the routine itself takes just under 15 minutes to complete once you have it down.
The “Fast Start” workout will get you activating fascia strength fast. My clients frequently report differences you can feel after their very FIRST 15-minute workout.
And of course, the increased strength, power, and agility only increases over time.
BIG BENEFIT #2:
Develop a SPRING-LOADED POSTURE that Gives You Instant Pouncing Power
I want you to sear this “idea” into your brain . . .
NEVER build strength on a bad posture . . . It leads to pain, weakness, and injury.
While you’re at it, keep this thought in mind, too . . .
YOUR posture is likely worse than you think.
Of course, without seeing your posture, I could be dead wrong, but the odds are that I’m right.
Even elite athletes in their prime have posture issues that are unknowingly sapping them of their strength potential.
Posture training is a MUST for building fascia strength.
Here’s why . . .
You must learn how to internally pull the “slack” out of your fascia wetsuit.
Make it tight like a drum skin.
This gives you elastic strength from the pulled tight fascia — the human slingshot effect.
A posture deviation, like rounded shoulders, creates extra “slack” and/or a “blockage” in your fascial web.
Slack and blockages mean less elasticity.
Less strength.
This calls for more than just a “good” posture.
Instead of just good posture, the training in the course will give you a Spring-Loaded Posture — full of pouncing power that you can issue instantly with no wind-up.
The SPRING-LOADED POSTURE features the “Upper Body Cross” that pulls the fascia wetsuit tight, but not too tight, so you can move freely yet still have instant pouncing power on demand.
BIG BENEFIT #3:
MOVE FROM CENTER for Cat-like Movement & Agility
What does it mean to “Move from Center?”
It means making ALL your movements originate from your core area — the midsection of your body.
Picture your core as the engine that feeds power to your arms and legs.
This does 3 BIG things for you . . .
1. Releases chronic muscular tension in your hips, shoulders, back, and everywhere else.
2. Connects your lower and upper body together as one unit resulting in MORE total body strength.
3. Allows you to maintain the “spring” in your Spring-Loaded Posture while moving dynamically in sports, physical work, and self-defense.
I want to point out that “clenching” is a popular strategy people use to engage their core. As widely used as it might be, clenching is limiting because it locks your body up with tension.
Instead of just clenching the core, the exercises in the course will teach you how to develop core agility.
Core agility allows you to move from center during ALL movement.
This makes your core movement alive and dynamic like an animal in the wild.
Take the leopard . . .
When this bad ass moves his body, his movement comes from his center.
That’s how he moves with such grace and agility — even when he’s on the hunt and needs aggressive power to take down prey.
THE LEOPARD: This super-athlete is a master of “Moving from Center” and has incredible amounts of fascia strength.
Many exercises in the course show you how to Move from Center. At first, you’ll need to focus on this new skill.
Then, after a while, you won’t have to think about it.
It’ll come naturally.
BIG BENEFIT #4:
Activate with the POWER PRE-LOAD for Untapped Strength and Power on Demand
The Power Pre-Load (PPL) is a core activation method that tightens your core outwards to give you more strength when you need it. It’s a subtle internal movement that onlookers wouldn’t even notice if you did it in front of them.
When do you do a Power Pre-Load? When you need extra horsepower.
You perform a Power Pre-Load a split moment before issuing strength or power (examples. . . right before you lift a heavy object, throw a punch, push a car, etc).
Many people activate their core by tightening their gut “inwards” when they need strength.
BIG mistake.
Tightening inwards disconnects your upper and lower body. It’s a poor way to stabilize your spine and forces you to overly tense unnecessary muscles during movement.
This makes you weak and vulnerable.
Instead of tightening the gut inwards, you want the entire core — front, sides, and back — to tighten “outwards.”
The whole core expands 3 dimensionally.
A core that tightens outwards 3 dimensionally better stabilizes the spine and puts lots of “stretch’’ on the fascia wetsuit to create elastic strength throughout your entire body.
A stronger slingshot.
Two key internal muscles you need to work properly to tighten your core outwards 3 dimensionally are the diaphragm and pelvic floor muscles.
These muscles are weak in most people. Strengthening these deep internal muscles will make you significantly stronger and can potentially heal injuries throughout your body.
I’ve seen longstanding back, shoulder, and hip pain suddenly disappear from clients after strengthening the diaphragm with the PPL.
Master the Power Pre-Load so you’re able to issue larger doses of strength and power when need you them.
A game-changer for competitive people who want more horsepower on demand.
BIG BENEFIT #5:
Build SPRINGBOARD FEET to Increase Athletic Performance and Reduce Pain and Injuries
The bottom of the feet is the bottom of your fascia wetsuit. Most adults 40 years and above — and even athletes — have a “hole” that leaks power in this part of their body.
This makes your whole body weak and vulnerable to injury.
This power leak can be fixed by strengthening the toes and intrinsic muscles of the bottom of the feet and ankles.
There are special exercises in the course that plug this hole in the fascia wetsuit and build your feet into ‘springboards’ that send a pulse of power throughout your entire body whenever you need extra strength or power.
In addition, these exercises can heal aches and pains, because weak feet are often the root cause of knee, hip, and back pain.
And That's Just the Beginning...
Here’s just a taste of the unique training you won’t find anywhere else:
-
An exercise from Systema Master, Vladimir Vasiliev that releases deep-seated tension in the muscles . . . building fascia strength, healing the body, and gives you a new sense of child-like freedom of movement.
- A weird core exercise that gives you powerful, cat-like movement and agility.
- Multiple exercises that build your feet into 'springboards' that send a pulse of power throughout your entire body whenever you need extra strength or power (weak feet is often the root cause of knee, hip, and back pain...these exercises can heal your pain).
- A deep breathing exercise that old-time strongmen used to build a crushing grip and to accomplish amazing feats of strength like bending an iron horseshoe with their bare hands.
- 3 “do anywhere” exercises to wake up and strengthen your diaphragm, one of the most critical and neglected muscles that determines your total body strength.
- A small twist to the well-known Hindu push-up that helps you activate fascia strength from your toes to your nose. It’s one of my favorite everyday exercises.
- A simple twist to the “lunge” that creates explosive springiness in your legs that you must feel to understand . . . great for building lower body fascia and tendon strength to heal weak knees, ankles, and hips.
- A powerful way to “connect” your upper and lower body to increase total body strength . . . nearly everybody, including many weightlifters with massive thighs, don’t know how to access their leg's “gym strength” when they need it in the real world such as physical work, sports, self-defense, etc.
- How to get freaky “farmer strength” without becoming a farmer . . . In wrestling, farmers — who oftentimes don’t lift weights — are known to have a different kind of strength that tears through muscle-bound city guys.
- My 3 favorite posture exercises for building fascia strength while unwinding tight muscles at the same time.
- A unique balance exercise that “programs” your brain to avoid locking up with tension during high-stress situations . . .
How Balance Exercises Build Fascia Strength
It’s vital you don’t suddenly react by “clenching” your body when you lose balance. You must practice to not contract your muscles when the startle reflex hits you.
The balance exercises in the course, more specifically how I teach them, train you to bypass your startle reflex.
Once you stop clenching as you lose balance, you’ll reach a higher level of body control. A type of mastery of your nervous system’s communication between the brain and muscles.
This rare body control gives you the ability to activate MORE fascia strength because you’ll be better at transferring force from muscle tension to fascia tension.
It’s like putting your fascia strength on steroids.
You’ll also become a cool operator in dangerous situations when most people are frozen with fear.
These balance exercises are especially good on days when you’re worn out. These are gentle on the body and are a playful, easy way to wake up the body with a jolt of energy in only a few minutes time.
Here are a few more game-changer exercises inside the course:
- A one-of-a-kind fascia strength activation drill from internal arts Master, Mark Rasmus . . . this drill helps you “tune your fascia” while at the same time putting you in a blissful state of relaxation that feels so good it could be illegal.
- How a 2-minute warm-up where you pat 7 specific areas on your body with your hands can repair and strengthen your fascia tissue…great way to boost energy when you’re sluggish.
- How to build incredible strength and heal your weak links with isometrics. . . and why most people fail with isometrics because they’re missing this forgotten secret old-time strongmen used to gain their amazing strength.
- How fascia strength training can reverse "father time" and give you back the energy, stamina, and youthful vitality you once had.
And that’s Only a Portion of What’s Covered In the Course
By the time you’re finished with this course material, you’ll know how to boost your strength, power, and agility by activating your untapped fascia strength.
And you’ll have a whole collection of exercises designed to help you develop a Spring-Loaded Posture, Move from Center with cat-like agility, build Springboard Feet, and activate a Power Pre-Load for when you need that extra dose of strength.
In addition to the main course, you’ll also get these Free Bonuses . . .
BONUS #1

Here's the Deal:
The Fascia Strength & Power online course is a one-time cost of $100.
There are no refunds.
This course isn’t for everybody. It’s for serious people with open minds who want to build their body in an unconventional way.
The course is beginner friendly, but you must be willing to mentally focus on the exercises to successfully build fascia strength.
Fascia strength is “trained strength,” not brute force. This isn’t a “No pain, no gain” type of training program. It’s higher order training that takes focus. You can’t have your brain on auto pilot or listening to tunes with your earbuds in when doing the exercises.
You will be training your nervous system to perform a rare skill that few people have. The training must be taken slowly at first to groove it into your nervous system. I recommend short workout sessions of 10-15 minutes.
It’s perfect as a warm-up before your other training.
If you want to follow this program and nothing else, that also works great too, especially if your body is beat up and needs to heal.
Whichever way you want to go, developing fascia strength is a skill that will give you a rare advantage in competition and life.
I break the training down into bite-sized chunks so anybody can follow it. But like I said, you must be willing to focus and be open-minded as you take on this unique challenge.
If you’re up for the challenge . . .
